By using beautydolls.ai you agree to these terms. They're written to be read, so please do.

The service

Beauty Dolls turns your selfie into a doll and lets you create new looks for her with AI. The service is provided by Beauty Dolls ("we"). Contact: support@beautydolls.ai.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. One person per account. You're responsible for keeping access to your account and email safe.

Packs and payments

• Your first 5 photos are free. After that, looks are paid for with credits: a photo uses 1 credit, a 5-second video uses 10.
• You buy credits in one-time packs. Current prices are shown on beautydolls.ai before you pay. There is no subscription, and nothing renews on its own.
• Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add currency conversion fees.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
• If a look fails for a technical reason, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

What you can upload

Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to it. Don't upload:

• photos of anyone under 18;
• nude or sexual images, or anything meant to create them;
• photos of public figures or other people used to impersonate or embarrass them;
• anything illegal, hateful or violent.

We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules, without a refund for credits used on that content.

Your pictures

Your uploads and the pictures made for you are yours, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. We won't use them in our marketing unless you give us permission.

AI results vary. A look may not come out exactly as you imagined, and similar requests can give different results. That's part of how the technology works, and it isn't a defect on its own.

Our brand

Beauty Dolls characters, designs and content belong to us. Beauty Dolls is an independent studio and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any toy company.

Availability

We work hard to keep the service up, but it may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down, we'll refund credits you haven't used.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time by writing to support@beautydolls.ai. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
